Area of Focus

Horace Hertz is a Partner in Squar Milner’s Audit and Assurance Services Department. He joined the Firm in September 2008 and is in charge of the firm’s Technology Industry Group practice.

Business Experience

Prior to joining Squar Milner, Horace was the CFO of several technology companies, including two publicly-held companies, has structured and raised over $250 million dollars in financing, has restructured balance sheets in preparation of public offerings and implemented Sarbanes-Oxley 404.  Prior to that, Horace was a Partner at Corbin & Wertz where he audited over 40 publicly-held companies.  Horace began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he became a Partner in less than nine years.
