Howard anticipates and helps solve the accounting, tax and planning needs of successful companies in the Bay Area. He works closely with companies and their bankers, sureties and other professionals.
Howard was previously a partner with Loomis & Co. CPAs, LLP, Perisho Tombor Loomis & Ramirez and Shilling & Kenyon.
Howard has a masters degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and a bachelors degree in accounting from Santa Clara University.

Howard is a member and past Chair of the Advisory Council for the Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Center in San Jose and past Chair of the Santa Clara County Advisory Board, a founding and life board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and President of the Foundation and member of the Rotary Club of San Jose. He is a past co-chair of the Attorney Banker & CPA (ABC) networking events in San Jose and Santa Cruz, past President of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and a guest lecturer at Santa Clara University.
